Thinking organizating a reggie fest in Spain

I have been living in Sweden for 8 years and been to the Uppsala reggie fest many times. Last year i moved to Spain with my Family and was thinking maybe it would be good to start a reggie fest in Spain. It would be great to hear peoples thoughts. :D It would be great start small think big. Just think the dream to get shaggy there:) :) :)

I beleaved that Shaggy and crew did performed in spain sometime ago, not sure where though! Shaggy and crew have been touring europe since the early 90's. :)
